There are two versions of my service: On-Line and In Person. My In Person service covers areas around and within 30 minutes drive of postcode DA1. Whichever version of service you choose, there are 4 easy steps, which I aim to complete within 1-2 weeks:
1. Tell me something about your project
You start by filling in the client brief form which is a very easy and interactive way to get to know you and your requirements, details and practical aspects of your chosen room, your likes, dislikes, any ideas or inspirations you have in mind for your room, some favourite things and your budget. It is also where you send me some photos of your room.
2. We have a conversation
This can be On-Line or In Person depending on your chosen version of service. When online, we get to know each other more via Skype/FaceTime, instant messaging (e.g. Facebook Messenger), a phone call, or even e-mail if desired. I also get to see/know your place a bit better and we can ask each other questions if we have any or discuss some ideas for the project room.
3. You receive your mood board and shopping list
After carefully considering your brief, all your needs and aspirations, I create your inspiring mood board capturing a glimpse of your new room, including furniture, lighting, accessories, fabrics and colour palette.
Alongside your bespoke mood board, I put together an interactive click-to-buy shopping list for you to purchase the suggested items in an easy way at your own time.
I email you your personalised mood board and shopping list ready for your beautiful new room.
4. You get your FREE GIFT and support
I add a final touch by sending you a special free gift/accessory to match and complement your newly styled room in the post. I answer any questions you may have about your new room. Enjoy your individually designed room!
