3.1 The Make My Room service provides suggestions on how to decorate your room, based on your description of the room and its measurements. In particular it does not provide advice or recommendations.
3.2 My Little Chalet will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the suggestions provided to you in connection with the Make My Room service are of reasonable quality, but we cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of any suggestion we make.
3.3 It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate measurements of your chosen room, as well as any other limiting factors to your room design.
3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that any fixtures, fittings, furniture, or decorations are installed correctly, following accepted standards and practices. If in doubt please seek professional advice or help from a qualified provider. My Little Chalet accepts no liability for incorrect or unsuitable installation or assembly of any items.
4 Liability
4.1 Except for personal injury or death caused by My Little Chalet’s negligence or for any other liability that may not be excluded by law, My Little Chalet and its agents accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you, or any third party’s viewing of any materials on www.mylittlechalet.co.uk or any other materials provided to you from us.

My Little Chalet in particular does not warrant the quality or workmanship of any item of furniture, decoration, or any other item we suggest for your room using the mood board, email, or any other means.
4.3 You hereby indemnify (and shall keep indemnified) and hold harmless My Little Chalet, its directors, employees, agents and representatives against any claim, loss, expense, liability or damages suffered by My Little Chalet resulting from the use of the Make My Room service or your breach of these terms and conditions.
4.4 The material displayed on www.mylittlechalet.co.uk, as well as any items suggested to you through the Make My Room service is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, suitability or quality.
